IMPORTANT ARRIVAL INFORMATION:

Please arrive on a Monday or a Tuesday. No Weekend arrivals are permitted. Pick up will be provided, at the airport, as long as you arrive by 8:00pm. Housing will be available to you on your start date. If you arrive BEFORE your start date you will need to arrange for your own accommodations until you can move into Employee Housing. Please plan to arrive to Salamander Resort ON the start date listed on your Job offer.

Typical Schedule:

Schedules vary and include mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. You can expect to work a variety of shifts and should not expect to have the same shift every day or every week. Working weekends ( Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and Holidays is required.

Required Duties:

• Clean kitchen and other areas as assigned
• Assist with kitchen prep.
• Bending & Reaching Lifting to 100-pound Standing for 8 hours or more Receiving and ordering product
• Making menu products
• Maintaining a clean work area
• Communicating professionally with co-workers
• Stocking products
• Washing Dishes
• Recycling products
• Remaining calm in a hectic fast-paced atmosphere Demonstrating a high level of organization attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers

Housing:

Housing will be provided in Leesburg, VA and is approximately 35 minutes from the resort. Housing will be in 2 bedroom apartments. Apartments are fully furnished and all utilities included. Each apartment is shared by 4 participants with 2 people per bedroom. Each room will accommodate 2 participants and includes beds, linens, dresser, closet, WIFI, Air Conditioning, TV, stove, fridge, microwave, and private bathroom. Housing is in a nice area within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Washington D.C. is approximately 45 minutes away, by Uber or Taxi, depending on traffic.

Housing is located approximately 20 miles from the Host Company. The Host Company will provide transportation to/from work via shuttle ( approximately a 30 minute ride).
